We value your custom and want to ensure that you receive the best service possible from GG. Please take time to read the following terms:

Please allow as much time as possible for your order and at least 2 weeks prior to collection/delivery. Although every effort to accommodate last minute orders will be made where possible, at busy times we may have to decline your order if sufficient notice is not given as we will not compromise on quality or workmanship.

Our products are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

Orders:

Your order will be acknowledged within 24 hours of being placed and confirmed once a 50% deposit is received. Your order will NOT be confirmed without a deposit and at busy times your order enquiry may be cancelled as orders with deposits will always take priority.

Cancellation:

Deposits for orders are non-refundable unless the cancelled slot can be filled by another order. Deposits for stand hire are not affected.

Collection & Delivery:

All orders can be collected free of charge by prior appointment from GG. Orders within 3 mile radius from GG will be delivered free of charge.  Orders beyond the free delivery range will be charged at 40p /mile and will include return journey. To ensure the cost of your order remains competitive we advise that you opt for collection, where possible.

Payment:

Payment can be made by either: cash, bank transfer or PayPal. For large and wedding orders payment must be received in full 7 days prior to collection/delivery.
